Project Identification

During this phase, it is necessary to clearly define the objectives and the requirements of the mission in order to target potential candidates who best match to the search criteria. A summary of the search criteria makes it possible to determine the skills, qualifications and personal characteristics required for the position. This step will give to the potential candidates a better understanding of the missions’ expectations. Applied to this process, a rigorous approach maximizes the chances of finding the ideal profile for the position to be filled.

Selection
Once the potential candidate(s) have been identified , we plan an initial discussion with them. If this exchange is positive and the candidates correspond to the search criteria defined previously, our selection process is then put in place. This process includes more in-depth interviews, skills and personality assessments, reference checks and any other steps deemed necessary to adequately evaluate candidates and select the best profile for the position to be filled.

Interview with the client
​
Once the previous two phases are completed and we have identified a candidate who meets the defined criteria exactly, we invite him to a first meeting with the client. This meeting will allow for a more detailed discussion about the position, the company, and the client's expectations. It also provides an opportunity for the candidate to ask questions and express his interest in the role. If this first meeting is successful for both parties, we proceed with the contractual phase.
